INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN RELATIONS WITH USERS PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF REGULATION (EU) 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR)
Pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data ("GDPR"), we inform you that your personal data will be processed by Faq400, as Data Controller, for purposes related to the organization of the ICT VILLAGE virtual fair and participation in the webinars organized by each Sponsor and Exhibitor.
1. HOLDER OF THE TREATMENT

2. NATURE OF TREATMENT AND CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED
The processing of your personal data entered to register for the event is necessary for the purposes of participating in the virtual fair, by accessing the virtual platform of Advepa Srl.
Failure to register does not allow you to participate in the event.
At the end of the registration the user will receive the code to speed up the access and accreditation operations by the operators. Participation in individual webinars and visits to stands is optional and based on the user's free expression of interest in receiving periodic updates on the products and services presented on the stand or in the webinar organized by each Exhibitor.
The data being processed include name, surname, e-mail address and data relating to the company to which it belongs.
The data collected during the visit to the stand or participation in individual webinars will be communicated by the Data Controller to the relevant Exhibitor for the sending of communications and updates of a commercial nature by virtue of the interest expressed by the participating user.
In any case, the right to object to the receipt of communications and updates, pursuant to art. 21 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (GDPR), by clicking on "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the messages sent to your e-mail address, or by sending the related request to info@faq400.com.
3. PURPOSE AND METHOD OF TREATMENT
The personal data concerning you will be processed by Faq400 for purposes related to the registration to the virtual Fair, and will be communicated to the Exhibitors whose webinar the user has attended or visited the stand without prior consent, by virtue of the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the holder of the treatment or of third parties pursuant to art. 6 lett. f) GDPR.
With the user's consent, Faq400, as owner and organizer of the virtual fair, may also communicate the user's personal data to the other exhibitors present at the event by offering their virtual stands.
The processing of your personal data will be carried out in compliance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes indicated and, in particular:
- for purposes strictly connected and instrumental to participation in the virtual fair in order to be able to visit the stand or to be able to participate in the webinar organized by the individual Exhibitor;
- to receive commercial communications and updates.
Faq400, as Data Controller, has prepared a model for the protection of personal data, identifying roles and responsibilities within its organization and identifying, in particular, the managers of company organizational units, limited to the processing of its competence, as contact persons responsible for the procedures and treatment measures provided for by the model.
The treatment will be carried out by means of paper and / or computer tools, also by means of subjects authorized to do so, who operate under the direct authority and according to the instructions given by the Data Controller or the Manager, with logic strictly related to the indicated purpose and, in any case, in in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data processed.
The data provided will be stored in the Fa400 databases until the interested party exercises the right to object to the receipt of promotional communications and updates.
4. COMMUNICATION AND DISCLOSURE OF DATA
Within the limits established by current legislation and the purposes indicated above, your personal data may be disclosed to the following subjects:
- To the Exhibitors responsible for organizing the individual virtual stands and related webinars;
- suppliers of administrative, financial, accounting, IT services etc., as well as professionals and / or consultants, whose support Faq400 uses for purposes strictly related to those of the collection and subsequent processing (including, in particular, as Data processors, Mailchimp for the provision of the newsletter service, Studio de Alexandris for carrying out the operations necessary for company accounting and Nextev Srl for interventions on the Faq400 management system);
- Public Authorities, Supervisory and Control Bodies, Public Security Bodies and Judicial Police, in the manner and in the cases provided for by law.
The subjects belonging to the categories indicated above will process your personal data as independent Data Controllers or as Managers specifically designated by Faq400, with the guarantees referred to in art. 28 of the GDPR.
As part of its internal organization, Faq400 will make your personal data accessible only to authorized and trained personnel, within the scope of their duties.
In no case will personal data be communicated, disseminated, sold or otherwise transferred to third parties for illegal purposes and, in any case, without providing suitable information to the interested parties and obtaining their consent, where required by law. Any transfer of data to third parties will take place only with the express consent of the interested party.
5. TIME OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data processed for purposes related to the conduct of Faq400 relations with its users will be kept for the time necessary for registration and for the duration of the event.
The data processed for direct marketing purposes will be kept for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purpose of sending promotional newsletters relating to services, events, shows and events organized by Faq400, except, in any case, the '' exercise of the right to object to the processing by the interested party, pursuant to art. 130, paragraph 4, Legislative Decree 196/2003, and 21 of EU Regulation 679/2016, with the methods indicated below. However, this period may not exceed 24 months from the date of sending the last communication of a commercial or promotional nature to the e-mail address referable to you.
In any case, your personal data may be stored, even after the expiry of the terms indicated above, for the fulfillment of legal obligations.
6. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY (ART. 15-22 of the GDPR)
You, as an interested party, will have the possibility to exercise all the rights recognized and guaranteed towards the Data Controller, in particular by the articles. 15-22 GDPR and specifically the right to transparency on the methods of treatment, to receive specific information regarding your data processed, to access your personal data held, to rectify or cancel your data, to limit the processing of your personal data. personal data, to receive "notifications" regarding the events referred to in the previous points, to the "portability" of personal data (where possible), to object to processing for specific and documented reasons and to be informed about the existence of any violations of the data concerning you (Data Breach), of the right to withdraw the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given before the revocation.
In fact, the interested party has the right to access their personal data, to request their correction, updating and cancellation or limitation, if incomplete, erroneous or collected in violation of the law, as well as to oppose the processing for legitimate reasons or to obtain portability.
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial appeal, the interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State in which he habitually resides, works or in the place where the alleged violation has occurred.
7. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
The above rights are exercised with a request addressed to the Data Controller by sending an e-mail to the address info@faq400.com. The request is formulated freely and without formalities by the interested party, who has the right to receive suitable feedback within a reasonable time, depending on the circumstances of the case.
The interested party may use, for the exercise of his rights, non-profit bodies, organizations or associations, whose statutory objectives are of public interest and which are active in the field of protection of the rights and freedoms of the interested parties with regard to to the protection of personal data, giving, for this purpose, a suitable mandate. The interested party can also be assisted by a trusted person.
